Tears of joy, excitement, and emotion appear when I see and read any article on the Donate Life Float for this year. My 2.5 yr old Niece, Perla Daniela Celis, is a Donor. She passed 8 yrs ago. though it is an emotion that doesn’t pass, it is something we have learned to live with. With Joy through memories, of the past and from new ones, like that of the parade.
