September? What?!
Fall is always a very active time for us here at DLI and this year is no different. It’s time you toss away those sweaty summer shirts and pick up a brand new shirt to sport around town to help tout your support for organ/tissue donation. Where might one find a brand new shirt? Glad you asked!
Each Tuesday during September we’ll be giving away free I Heart Organ Donors t-shirts just like the one above.
Here’s how to win:

Donor T-Shirt Tuesday Dates:
September 8, 2009
September 15, 2009
September 22, 2009
September 29, 2009
REGISTER!
On the dates above, visit www.DonateLifeIlliniois.org to register as a organ/tissue donor. Be sure to select “T-shirt Tuesday” from the drop down menu asking how you heard about the registry. This is our only way of tracking a registration back to you! The first 10 people that register AND designate “T-shirt Tuesday” on the registration form will win an I Heart Organ Donors t-shirt!
ALREADY A REGISTERED DONOR IN ILLINOIS?
You can still participate! Email us one paragraph (less than 150 words) telling us why YOU heart organ donation. Submissions can be sent to donatelifeillinois@gmail.com. Include your first and last name, t-shirt size and mailing address. The best five submissions of the day win an I Heart Organ Donors t-shirt and we’ll share the winning entries here!
Be creative!

If you ever have a chance to visit this website,https://www.caringbridge.org/visit/caedenhemberger/guestbook you will see my reason for becoming an organ donor. My 33 day old Grandson received a adult liver and is still in STCH recovering. Without this young adults family giving so freely, our little Caeden would not be alive today. God bless all the families of organ donors!!!
MaoI4W Excellent article, I will take note. Many thanks for the story!
